In the unlikely event that your REDGUM unit requires attention, please first make contact with the place of purchase to check the details and freight arrangements.

If sending the equipment directly to the factory, inward freight charges are to be paid by the customer. Return freight will be paid by REDGUM only if the unit is found to be faulty while under warranty.

N.B. Before sending any item for repair, try to establish that the problem actually lies with the REDGUM product itself. Check obvious things first such as the speakers, leads, power, etc. Further suggestions are included in the Troubleshooting section of the handbook supplied with your product.
