Using ultra-high quality Burr-Brown I.C.s with Audiophile-grade support components, the electronic circuits of the RGDAC5 are identical to those of the RGCD5ENR CD Player.

Technical Specifications: Data re-clocking by Cirrus Logic using CS8412 crystal clock, followed by NPC digital filter. Each Channel has individual Burr-Brown PCM1702 20 bit Digital to Analogue converters feeding via direct coupling to individual final audio stages by Analog Devices AD711. Precision, high speed, BiFET Op Amp, 30MHz min Unity gain. THD+Noise, 98dB Dynamic range, 110dB S-N. Accepts 16 or 20 bit input data. Low-Jitter, on chip clock recovery. Supports AES/EUB,IEC958, S/PDIF, & EIAJ CP340 Professional & Consumer Formats. 7 internal power supplies from 2 transformers - 2 for CD Rom and 5 for DAC.
