OCC
pure copper and OCC Pure silver have been considered the state-of-art conductor materials in the world. Due to the rapid development of the electronic industry, the traditional audio and video systems have marched into the era of Hi fidelity and Hi resolution, Hence, it would be an inevitable trend to upgrade the quality of cables which work as the signal transmitter. The world patent "UP-OCC" (Ultra Pure Copper by Ohno Continuous Casting Process) was developed by professor Ohno of Chiba Institute of Technology in Japan. This technology has been applied to the manufacturing of single crystallized copper with the process of heated mold continuous casting, and the result product OCC pure copper, has reached the purity of 99.998%, or even higher than 99.9999%. Because of its characteristics of single crystal, unidirectional, free of impurity, flexible fatigue-resistance, corrosive-resistance, low electric resistance, none-crystal boundaries, rapid transmissibility, perfect in structure, and easy to process, all make it an ideal material for making rapid transmission lines. From inner hook up wires to interconnect cables, they can be widely applied to Hi-Tech products such as Hi-Fi stereo system, high resolution TV, etc.

The final assembly process anchors the double shield of Al-Mylar (Aluminium foil) and Braided SPC layers

 to the gold-plated, locking RCA connector on the source end only.
